The Village of Washingtonville operates under two sets of law.
The Village Ordinances are generated from the Ohio Municipal Code/Ohio Basic Code. These codes are used for Minor Misdemeanor violations and certain Misdemeanor’s violations.
The Ohio Revised Code is use for the issuance of Felony violations and certain Misdemeanor violations.
